So my spending spree continues as I had to take the boy to the vet. Seems he has itchy skin which might be b/c of a thyroid issue. He has been put on a special food that costs about $25 for two weeks worth. Add to that the fact that he ate his bum raw and had to have it shaved and medicated and you can understand why I am over this month.
Here is my rundown of the awful shit that has gone down for me in Jan 2010.
1/4 - “Laid Off”
1/19 - Dentist Appointment. Normally not so bad but the tech’s stomach was making weird sounds in my ear and I almost lost it.
1/23 - Laptop’s motheboard eats it. Since I can’t survive without my lappy I have to buy another one asap.
1/25 - Car’s battery and alternator shit the bed. Did I mention I am trying to sell this car? LOOK!
1/27 - Dog costs me a small fortune at the vet.
How many days are left in this stupid month anyway?
In happier news Charlie and I are going to try to get our shit together and do a podcast via Skype tonight. We would like to get back on a regular schedule once everything settles down.If you need something to do tomorrow morning check THIS out.
